Here are some simple tips to help perform at your best during your interview

Spend time ahead of your interview reading the job description and prepare any questions you wish to ask.
At Wright Vigar we have a smart-casual dress code, so make sure you dress appropriately for your interview.
Arrive 10 mins early to ensure there is time to get you signed in
We want you to be open and honest – it’s okay not to have all the answers!
Preparation – take the time to understand the role that you are applying for and do your research on the company.
It is important to us that you feel as comfortable as possible during your interview so please tell us about any adjustments that you may require, and we will support you with these where reasonably possible.
